Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Jenny Keen is a board-certified pediatric specialist, a mom of three, and the owner of Little Smiles. Infants through teens, nervous kids, special needs, and same-day care when a tooth gets knocked loose on the field. Call anytime; a child in pain is seen that day.

Our front desk handles the claims and paperwork and will verify your child's coverage before the visit. Cash-pay new patient specials and iCreditWorks monthly payment plans are available too.
You'll get a clear, written estimate before any treatment starts, and we offer iCreditWorks monthly payment plans so care fits your budget instead of the other way around.
Little Smiles is a pediatric specialty office, not a family practice that also sees kids. Dr. Jenny looks at jaw and facial growth, how your child sleeps and breathes, tongue ties, and the habits that shape speech, then explains all of it in words a kid understands and a parent can act on.
Dr. Jenny completed a pediatric specialty residency and is a Board Certified Diplomate of pediatric dentistry. Kids are not small adults, and she treats them that way.
Shades and a movie for routine visits, compliments, and a pace your child sets. For anxious kids or bigger treatment, nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, and in-office IV sedation are available.
Chipped, loose, or knocked-out tooth? We'll talk you through first aid on the way and get your child in the same day.
Curodont enamel regeneration can stop early cavities without drilling or needles, and digital X-rays keep radiation low.
Dr. Jenny is trained to care for children with special needs, with extra time and a pace set by your child.

Movies and iPads during the visit, shades, kid-level words, and a doctor who talks like one of the family. The office is 7,000 square feet built for kids, murals and all.

Dr. Keen, known to her patients as Dr. Jenny, earned her DDS at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2000, practiced as a general dentist, then returned to complete her pediatric specialty training there in 2005, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She is a Board Certified Diplomate of pediatric dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
A mom of three herself, she knows what it's like to search for a provider who makes your kids feel safe. Her office is fully digital, with intraoral cameras and iTero scanners instead of goopy impressions, and she uses all of it to show parents exactly what's going on.
